She is the past National President and Vice President of the Australian College of Midwives and has written over 200 articles for parenting magazines as a midwifery expert and sits on several editorial boards.

Her journey began at 19, owning a boutique fitness studio, and later expanded through corporate roles across various industries. Christie’s approach is rooted in empathy, shaped by personal experiences including fertility challenges and parenting. She focuses on uncovering root causes and crafting realistic, personalised strategies that support long-term wellness. Her areas of interest include gut health, autoimmunity, thyroid disorders, mitochondrial function, and chronic disease. Christie is a member of ANTA and NHAA.
